Our Work
We specialize in biobanking, preclinical research, and biomedical innovations, supporting medical discoveries and therapeutic advancements. Our team collects, preserves, and analyzes biological samples while ensuring the highest ethical and quality standards. Through cutting-edge technologies and strategic collaborations, we drive progress in precision medicine, regenerative therapies, and disease diagnostics.

AI and QC
AI and quality control in Biobank
The project, starting on March 12, focuses on quality control for stem cell lines and biofluids, utilizing AI and international standards. It aims to enhance efficiency and accuracy through interlaboratory comparisons involving biorepository labs worldwide. The goal is to ensure standardized processes in assessing laboratory performance.
TumB
Project Phosphorescence
Phosphorescence is considered one of the non-invasive glioblastoma testing methods based on studying molecular energy and the metabolism of L-tryptophan (Trp) through KP, which provides essential information on regulating immunity and neuronal function. This study aimed to conduct a feasibility study using phosphorescence in clinical oncology as an early prognostic test in detecting Glioblastoma.

ACM_CRISPR
Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy Model CRISPR
Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) is a genetic heart disease causing ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death. This project used CRISPR-Cas9 to model and correct the PKP2 (c.2011delC) mutation in stem cells. Mutation led to PKP2 loss, fibrosis, and electrophysiological abnormalities, while CRISPR correction restored normal function, supporting genome editing as a potential ACM therapy.
DendritCell
Dendritic Cell Vaccines for Cancer Immunotherapy
Dendritic cell vaccines represent a promising immunotherapy approach, leveraging the body's immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. This project focuses on the development and optimization of personalized DC vaccines for the treatment of solid tumors.
